This year at camp the girls got to choose super hero characteristics and they decided to be the Divine Divas. Their motto Divine Divas seeking out the divine qualities of others. This was a good year despite some of the hiccups along the way and I think over all everyone had a good time. The girls were able to accomplish a lot this year. They were able to strength relationships with each other and with our Heavenly Father. I really enjoyed watching as I saw testimonies being strengthened this week. We really do have a good bunch of young women.
I look forward to seeing what next year has in store for us.

A night of curses!!

At camp this year, Bethany brought a game called "Curses". If you haven't played - I highly recommend googling the game, grabbing some friends and laugh yourself silly! After camp, we decided we needed to grab another ward and play it for a mutual night. So we asked the Wheatland Ward YW to play with us. They were willing participants in this crazy adventure!

Sister Colborn's curse was to keep her hands attached to her head the entire game : D

Poor Liza had to keep her hands together and fingers tucked in.....an awful curse to have indeed.

HAHAHAhaha....poor Sister Blanquie. She looks like an adorable reindeer though.

The Wheatland YW are hysterical!! We're looking forward to camp next year!

Sister Astle (before Ty made his appearance) and Emerald (with Erin as background haha)

The whole gang. We were kinda loud - okay, we were REALLY loud!

We had bathroom clean up one morning. How many Marysville YW fit in a bathroom? Hhhhmmm.....

Brave and courageous Sister Astle (and son) : D

Happy to be at camp!

Not a lot of sleep over the course of a week. You had to catch a few zzzz's where you could.

Destiny workin' the orange like no one else can!

Cheese!

Awwww, Sister Blanquie and Emerald lovin' each other.
We had such a blast playin' Curses (awesome game Bethany brought), makin' s'mores, running around with glowsticks, and laughing our heads off.
We LOVED camp!

Father's Day Boutonnieres!

Our Young Women (with the help of some very awesome Relief Society sisters) made all the dads in our ward hershey kiss boutonnieres.
Everyone gathered around and wrapped up the lil' chocolate kisses with love. (Bethany was REALLY tired, she had just gotten back from a trip) : D
Josephine, Nicole, Melissa, and Kim were helpful wrappers.

Lots of fun conversation went on all night.

Kim and Josie....workin' the kissy craft.

Our finished product! 100 boutonnieres completed!

Water Balloon Volleyball!

Okay, so I'm WAY behind in my posts. Here is our combined activity with the young men back in April. GREAT idea guys! We had so much fun!

Sister Blanquie and Melissa getting ready

Nice toss Josephine and Kim!

We even got Bishop Knudson to join in - in his suit too!

Of course a water fight ended the whole activity. : D

Everyone had fun making new friends as well as gaining stronger relationships with the old ones. I look forward to be able to go back again.
